The fourth period        Reading

Teacher procedures:

Step 1.Revision

     Where is ------  ?

     Where are ----- ?

     Encourage the students to answer in fact

Step 2.Presentation

     Get a student to stand on the left of the classroom , and say:

     She is on the left of  the classroom .

     Present  “on the right of ” and  “in the middle of ” in the same way

     And practice some more.

Step 3. Reading

1.       Ask a question :

What’s in the picture ?

-------There is a park .

     What’s the name of the park ?

--------ABC Park .

Say : Look at the gate . It is open.

Point to the door of the classroom and say;

Look at this door. Is it open ?

Get the student to answer in fact .

2.       Get the students to look at the picture and say :
