我国国有企业人力资源管理问题及改善方法的研究
知识经济时代的到来,使得科技成为推动经济发展的一个关键因素,从而把人力资源推到了一个最重要的地位,以科技为本,以人为辅,才是促进经济发展的关键。因此,世界各国对人力资源的重视程度日益提高。随着WTO的到来,我国将面临着越来越烈的人才竞争。虽然改革开放以来我国人力资源状况有了很大的改变,但与发达国家相比,我国企业,尤其是国有企业,在这个方面还是有许多不足之处,严重抑制了我国经济的发展。国有企业做为国家的经济支柱,在增强国家综合实力,维护社会经济平稳,快速发展中起着中流砥柱的作用。因此,促进国有企业人力资源改革,对一个国家经济的发展具有十分重要的作用。
本文人我国国有企业人力资具体化、科学化。本文的主要目的是希望通过对我国国有企业人力资源现状的研究对正在实施或将要实施国有企业人力资源改革的企业管理者提供有用的参考和借鉴,以促进我国国有企业人力资源的改革与发展,从而促进我国国民经济的快速发展。
在分析研究的基础上,首先介绍了研究的目的及策略方法。其次描述了国有企业的作用和人力资源管理的现状,再次提出了我国国有企业人力资源管理的不足之处,分析了其产生的原因。第四指出了改善我国国有企业人力资源管理的方法,主要针对我国国有企业人力资源管理不足之外,并提出了切实可行的改善方法以促进我国国有企业的竞争力。

Abstract
With the coming of intellectual economy era, science and technology is becoming an key factor of promoting economy development. So the human resources management (HRM) is becoming more and more important. Now each country puts emphasis on the human resources. With the coming of WTO, China will face the more and more intense talent competition. Since the reform Chinese human resources’ situation has more improvement, but it has more defect comparing the developed country, especially the state-owned enterprises. It is a barrier of economy development.
State-owned enterprises, as the economy pillar, has important function of strengthen state multiple strength and upholding the economic development. So it is important to promote the HRM reform in state-owned enterprises.
Basing on the research of HRM present condition in China state-owned enterprises, adopting many research methods such as experience summary, theory analysis and questionnaire, analyzing the defect of Chinese state-owned enterprises HRM, the method to solve the question is given. Quantitative analysis is used in the HR examination. It makes the examination more concretizing and scientific. The research about state-owned enterprises HRM is to give some references to the supervisors who are practice state-owned enterprises HRM reform or will do that.
Basing on the research and analysis, first it introduces the research purpose and methods. Second it describes the role of state-owned enterprises and the HRM present condition. Third it points out the defect of state-owned enterprises HRM, analyses the reason. Fourth it gives the methods to improve the state-owned enterprises HRM reform., 大小:4.05 MB
